Road Levy

All properties in Aberdeen Park pay an annual levy which is used to pay for the services that are provided (see SERVICES menu). Invoices and payments are handled by APMC and the amount of the levy is agreed at the AGM for the year that follows. The invoices are usually sent to building freeholders.

The levy is calculated and charged based on the Council tax band for the property and there is a Single Person Discount of 25% which is applicable for anyone who receives a similar discount on their Council Tax bill from Islington Council. 

For 2026 the rates are:

Band A - N/A
Band B - £189
Band C - £218
Band D - £248
Band E - £300
Band F - £353
Band G - £410
Band H - £489

For 2027 the rates will increase by 10%.
